The delegates had a little surprise today as they were introduced to the iPod Touch which they will be carrying with them during the Homestay Programme. The device will be loaded with Apps that will allow the delegates to document their experience and also aid them in communicating in the Japanese language.
After some explanation on how to use the iPod Touch, the delegates began their first lesson using the My Japanese Coach App.
Delegates here picked up simple conversational Japanese in a fun and interactive manner. They were more than happy to be learning through play.
By the look of their faces, you can see the intensity of learning that went on.
The App teaches the delegates all three skills of speaking, listening and writing the Japanese language.
